Q. How long have you been with Blickle USA and what is your position?
A. I have been with the company since October 2016 and I am one of Blickle’s Customer Care Representatives. I am also responsible for purchasing.
Q. What are your responsibilities as a Customer Care Representative (and Purchasing)?
A. As a Customer Care Representative, I am solely responsible for my customers in the Southeast territory. I help customers decide which wheel or caster would be best for their application. I occasionally help with production and assembling of products to ensure my customers’ orders meet and exceed shipping deadlines. I am responsible for domestic and global purchasing of products.
Q. What do you like best about working for Blickle USA?
A. I always go home satisfied. We are a family and we work together to get things done for the customer at hand.
Q. What was your favorite part of your trip to Blickle Headquarters in Germany?
A. THE INVENTORY! The inventory went on for what seemed like miles! It was amazing! A close second would be the automated order picking process. The machine gets the parts for you and brings them to you at the work bench... how cool is that?!
Q. What do you do in your free time?
A. I own a go-cart race track that keeps me pretty busy. Other than that I spend as much time as I can with my 6 children and 2 grandchildren. They are my world!
