2014 Blickle customer satisfaction survey

Positive results across borders

Every two years, Blickle carries out a customer satisfaction survey. This year, the survey was implemented in 14 European and two North American countries where Blickle has company-owned subsidiaries. In a period of about four weeks, over 74,000 customers were requested to fill out an online questionnaire, assessing their general satisfaction with Blickle as well as their satisfaction with delivery times, customer service, the Internet etc.

All Blickle employees, in and outside Germany, were extremely pleased with the participation rate and the excellent assessments, but also with the suggestions for improving the product range.

Blickle would like to thank customers who took time to participate in the survey. As a token of their appreciation, 100 gifts were presented to random winners.
