POSI – Wheel and caster series
Heat-resistant Blickle TempLine® Comfort wheels and casters with silicone rubber tread and synthetic wheel center
The tread of the POSI series is made from a highly heat-resistant silicone rubber with a hardness of 75 Shore A. This is vulcanised onto a wheel center made of highly heat-resistant thermoplastic material. The advantages of silicone rubber lie in the good floor preservation and low noise levels during transport. It is also highly elastic, odourless, highly resistant to ageing and corrosion-resistant. The POSI series is provided with a plain bore as standard. The wheels and casters in the POSI series can be used at temperatures between -4 °F to +482 °F.
The floor-preserving and corrosion-resistant wheels are mainly used in autoclaves and bakeries due to their resistance to hydrolysis.

POSI – Wheels
The wheels in the POSI series are available in sizes between 4 and 5 inch as standard. The wheel series uses a plain bore. The wheels are also available in a non-marking gray version. A PTFE-coated axle tube is also available.
