Efficiency, Ergonomics, and Safety at MODEX 2026

From April 13 to 16, 2026, Blickle U.S.A. Wheels & Casters will exhibit at MODEX 2026 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, one of the leading international trade shows for material handling, logistics, and supply chain solutions.

At booth B14148, Blickle will showcase solutions designed to meet current and future demands in internal material flow. The focus will be on locking systems, polyurethane compounds, innovations, product variety, and the ErgoMove 500 and ErgoMove 1000 electric drive systems. In doing so, Blickle will underscore its expertise as a solution provider for greater ergonomics, safety, and efficiency across a wide range of intralogistics applications.

With its ErgoMove electric drive systems, Blickle actively supports operators when starting, steering, and braking transport equipment. This significantly reduces physical strain while improving ergonomics and workplace safety. The modular plug-and-play system also allows for easy integration into existing transport solutions.

At MODEX 2026, Blickle will present an interactive trade show concept featuring live demonstrations of transport carts equipped with ErgoMove 500 and ErgoMove 1000. These live demonstrations will give visitors a firsthand impression of the systems’ performance, manoeuvrability, and ease of operation.

Another highlight is the introduction of three new polyurethane tread compounds developed for high mechanical and dynamic loads. Two of these new PU compounds offer especially high tear-propagation resistance and are significantly more resistant to high torque, making them ideal for drive wheels in intralogistics applications and providing a noticeably longer service life.

A third material sets new standards for high-speed applications. It delivers high residual load capacities even at speeds above 25 km/h, increasing safety and reliability in particularly dynamic operating environments.

In addition to ErgoMove and its material innovations, Blickle will demonstrate how its standard product range, customized solutions, and comprehensive consulting expertise can be combined effectively.
