Top marks for Blickle

This is why Blickle regularly carries out surveys to obtain a representative view and reliable result on our customer satisfaction. Customers from 17 countries in Europe, North America and China received the survey with 22 questions relating to a variety of topics in mid-June. The participation rate was over 20 percent amongst the companies surveyed. It is gratifying to see that the rating is once again very good in all participating countries despite the difficult general conditions this year.
The overall supplier rating received was an average of 1.66 on a scale of 1 (very good) to 6 (unsatisfactory). This shows that the Blickle standards (expert advice, product availability, international web presence) are once again appreciated by our customers worldwide and that customers recognise the Blickle products that are "Made in Germany". Another positive aspect is that 22.35 percent of the customers state that their satisfaction with Blickle has improved in the past two years. Only 2.49 percent see a deterioration. This information gives Blickle important guidance for potential improvements. It is particularly noteworthy that 95.8 percent of the customers rated the product quality as very good or good. Blickle also received top marks in the categories of delivery time/delivery reliability, professional advice from office and field staff, website/webshop and fast processing of enquiries.
